Submission Guidelines

Artists may submit up to five artworks. (Only completed artworks will be considered.) We accept artists working in any media.

Images should be of high quality with good lighting. Files must be JPEG, max 5mb.

For video works please supply us with links for each piece as well as stills.

Virtual Gallery

Floorr/Exh are pleased to introduce our latest feature: Exh Virtual Gallery. Artist’s work will be displayed in a fully interactive virtual gallery, that can be viewed via desktop and mobile devices.

Submission fee

The submission fee is £12 GBP (non-refundable) per artist. All fees go towards the making of Floorr to fund projects like this one. Floorr is run independently without backing/funding so your support is very much appreciated, Floorr would not exist without it.

Once the submission fee is paid using the form below you then will be able to submit your artwork and complete your submission. An email will be sent to you with your login information (please check your junk mail) so you can complete it at your own pace, submissions can not be updated/edited after the deadline has passed.

Sales

Selling artwork is optional, Floorr will handle all sales and related communication. Floorr asks for a 10% commission total on any sales. Please keep this in mind when determining your prices.

Artists are responsible for packing and shipping the work. Please make sure packaging is done in a professional manner. Prospective buyers are responsible for shipping costs, Floorr will communicate with both the artist and buyer about shipping before the sale is confirmed. Artists must agree to ship internationally if work sells.

Artists must agree to keep the work exclusively available for this exhibition for one month. ie. It cannot be exhibited or for sale elsewhere during this time period.

What Happens Next?

Once the deadline has passed we will then review your submission. It may take up to 2 weeks to review it (depending on the volume of submissions). If accepted your work will be exhibited on our online platform for the duration of the show. It will also be archived on our website and promoted on our social media accounts.
